Terms of Use – AI Evaluation

These terms apply to the AI Answer Evaluation service ("the service") offered by Super Simplified, Sadashiv Peth, Pune, Maharashtra, India. By creating an account or buying a plan, you accept them.

1. The service

You upload your handwritten UPSC Mains answers; we evaluate them with AI against our marking rubric, with review by our team where needed, and return marks, comments and a checked copy. Evaluations are indicative practice feedback. They are not official UPSC marks and do not guarantee any result in the examination.

2. Your account

  • One account per student. Do not share your login. Accounts used by more than one person may be suspended without refund.
  • You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure.

3. Free answers and plans

  • Students without a plan get one free evaluation per day.
  • Paid plans give unlimited evaluations of your own answers for the plan period. Automated, bulk or commercial use (for example evaluating other people's copies) is not allowed.
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees and are shown before payment. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
  • Plans are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of your answers. You allow us to store and process them, including through our AI provider, to provide the service. Upload only your own answers and nothing unlawful or offensive. We will not publish your copy or name without your permission.

5. Our content

Our rubric, reports, model answer outlines and website content belong to Super Simplified. You may use them for your own preparation but not resell or republish them.

6. Availability

We aim to evaluate copies within minutes, but times may vary, especially when copies are under review. We may change or suspend parts of the service, with notice where reasonable.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
